Did you get through Last week’s checkin?
As you finish off your Loved One’s emergency plan with some basic medical info and a copy of your insurance cards & immunization record, think about who needs a copy of this info.
I will be adding a copy of the Emergency Plan to my son’s bag that he take when he goes out with his caregiver.
It currently has his Epi-pen + his Cash app card. This addition will mean someone can find me if he is ever in an accident with his caregiver.
I’m not sure who else might need a copy.
